We are searching for someone who can tick off all four of these boxes to come and join our team here at Sodexo at LVS Ascot School as a chef de partie. What you do: 

• Plan all operations and the production team's training while excelling in the kitchen.
• Oversee the chopping, seasoning, and cooking of fish, vegetables, meats, salads, soups, and other dishes.
• Plan and price the menu, place supply orders, and maintain accounts and records.
• Assist the culinary crew in the range to instruct, mentor, and foster growth.
• Keep an eye on sanitary procedures to make sure staff members adhere to rules and guidelines.
• Prepare, create, and display food with the utmost care.

What you bring: 

• NVQ Level 2
• Certificates for Food, Hygiene, and Health & Safety
• Expertise in creating and designing menus
• Exposure to or experience with large-scale cooking

• 7am - 3.30pm or 11.30am - 8pm 
• £13.65 per hour
• Overtime with enhanced rates available! 
• 5 out of 7 day rotation 
• Chefs whites/uniform will be provided
