Key responsibilities:

Assist in all aspects of day-to-day kitchen operations.

Ensure all food is cooked and presented in accordance with company guidelines and standards.

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes and excellent service to customers.

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

Carry out all kitchen-related tasks, including food preparation, stock control, and kitchen cleanliness.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience working as a Chef de Partie

Excellent communication and time management skills

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Passion for producing high-quality, fresh food
