What you'll do: 

• Be a kitchen star and plan all operations and training for the production team. 

• Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods. 

• Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts. 

• Work on the range with the kitchen team to train, guide, and develop 

• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations. 

• Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard. 

What you bring: 

• NVQ Level 2
• Food and hygiene and health and safety certificates
• Experience in menu planning and production  
• Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking
