Annual salary: up to £27,352.68

Mobile Cleaner Tower Hamlets, Hackney, New Ham boroughs.

Salary £24,960.00per annum.

Full time role 40.00Hours Per Week

Monday to Friday

What we are looking for:

  • Undertake allocated cleaning tasks on behalf of the company in a diligent and professional manner.
  • Adhering to the cleaning schedule and follow the schedule of tasks to ensure every block is thoroughly cleaned on each visit.
  • Internal and External communal areas: Reference schedule of tasks and associated specifications and standards provided by Notting Hill Genesis Housing.
  • Using the PDA to log all visits at the start and finish of visit, recording all issues using PDA.
  • Changing light bulbs/ lamps accessible in communal areas, without climbing or using ladders
  • Undertake the work activities as instructed, ensuring satisfactory completion within agreed times and quality.
  • Responsible for conforming to appropriate safety instructions, safe systems of work and for ensuring work activities do not endanger themselves or others.
  • Report accidents/near misses and machinery faults.
  • Keep all tools, equipment, vehicle and machinery clean and in a workable condition.

Role Criteria:

  • Full UK Driving experience.
  • Previous FM experience
  • Determined can-do' attitude, positive views when faced with challenges and have a flexible approach towards hours and tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
