What you'll do:
- To assist and support in providing an outstanding cleaning service to our corporate client
- To carry out regular checks, reporting on stock, standards and equipment
- Monitor and maintain stock levels ensuring the team have the tools needed to provide service excellence
- Monitor and maintain waste collection
- Lead by example, and report to the line manager any staff absences/lateness
What you bring:
- Cleaning experience, in various environments
- Good interpersonal skills
- People Management/Leadership experience, or clear readiness for the next step in your career
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong team player and a can do' attitude
