What you'll do

In your new role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end process of onboarding clients, ensuring successful integration with our products that aligns with the client’s business needs. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams, client teams and 3rd party vendors..

You’ll also:

  • Develop and execute project plans through collaboration with our partner clients - defining expected timelines and resource allocation
  • Track project progress, manage risks and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery across both NW Boxed teams and the client
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation projects
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to facilitate the design of client-specific integrations where formally approved
  • Identify opportunities to standardise integration processes and improve efficiency
  • Scale client integration processes to accommodate a growing client base

The skills you'll need

You’ll need to have proven experience in client integration, project management or a related role

You’ll also need:

  • Strong technical background with knowledge of integration technology and APIs
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
