Moody's Analytics is recruiting a software application expert for its Client Services team.

Role/Responsibilities:

Working as a Client Service Specialist within an international team, you will develop deep expertise in our highly sophisticated Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance products. After an initial comprehensive training program, you will enrich your skills on a continuous basis through on-the-job learning.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge about Moody's Analytics products in order to provide expertise and assistance on product features and functionality.
  • Accurately troubleshoot and investigate issues, responding to client demands in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner
  • Manage and escalate requests appropriately while maintaining overall ownership of client interaction and delivery of solution.
  • Identify, capture, and channel client feedback on product features, functionality and the product technical architecture to the Product Management teams.
  • Participate in internal projects.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar discipline
  • Interest in learning new skills and developing a career in Financial software and services
  • Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem solving
  • Client focused, with the drive and enthusiasm required to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Highly organized, autonomous and able to multi-task
  • Previous experience supporting complex technology solutions would be an advantage

French language skills (preferred but not essential)
