We are currently looking for a Commis Chef to work with our integral team at Helles Barracks, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3PS
 

• £10.42 per hour
• Full time contract - 35 hours a week, 5 days over 7.
• Shifts range between 5am - 6pm. No late nights!

• Assist Senior Chefs in whichever section they are designated to. 
• Serving customers
• Cooking a variety of meals
• Supporting with food orders
• To work in a clean and tidy manner
• Check all food is compliant with allergens.
• Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals.
• Placing food orders and maintaining kitchen records
• To monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries.
• Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
• Full knowledge of all menu items served.

• Previous experience of working in a kitchen is desirable however full training will be given
• Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha's Law), full training will be given.
• Excellent team player and communicator
• Basic security checks needed.
