Do you have experience of working with individuals who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), have Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) status or are economically inactive / unemployed?
We're recruiting a Community Coach who is able to provide expert advisory services to participants, with the overall objective of facilitating their access to, development within, and sustainability in education, training, or employment.
You'll working closely with, and offering comprehensive support to participants, assisting them in identifying and surmounting the unique obstacles they face in achieving gainful employment. Creating individualised support packages designed to equip them with the requisite skills and confidence to secure and maintain employment. This is achieved through the implementation of SMART action plans and IWS Action plans.
Our delivery approach will focus on; mentoring/coaching, the creation of Magna Vitae's, stress coping strategies, travel training, financial wellbeing, job searching, work placements, enterprise showcases and other support as needed.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range £26,000 to £29,545 p.a. with these great benefits:
