Conference, Wedding and Events Coordinator at Sedgebrook Hall

As our Conference, Weddings and Events Coordinator, you are at the heart of our operation. We are looking for an individual who shares our energy, passion and who will contribute to our ongoing success. 

Working within a small team, you will be responsible for dealing with a range of enquiries from small meetings to weddings and special events.

More about the role:
  • Manage confirmed bookings and coordinate the information over to the Operations Team
  • Provide a high level of customer care, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the sales office by defining, documenting and delivering a professional sales service

Who you are:
  • Used to handling a high volume of event enquiries and dealing with those in a timely manner
  • Pro-active approach
  • Flexible and dedicated to all types of sales enquiries
  • Opera S&C experience is preferred but not essential
