We offer a fantastic training programme for all new starters, allowing you to begin an exciting journey within financial services. You'll be based in either our Swindon (SN1 1HN) or Cheltenham office (GL52 8XX) but after training we can offer hybrid home-working 1-2 days per week once fully competent.

Capita is an equal opportunity and disability confident employer.

What will you deliver?

This team was created to investigate remediation projects. As a team, we are responsible for correcting past issues with policies where an error has meant customers have been disadvantaged or the plans have not worked as per the terms and conditions. Our goal is to investigate these issues and rectify them, ensuring the customer is at the forefront of our mind.

What are we looking for?

  • People with experience of customer service and administration.
  • You'll have a focus on quality of work in order to rectify potential future issues.
  • IT Literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong numerical skills, as the role will involve data interpretation.
  • An enthusiasm to learn new skillsets and begin a career within Financial Services.
  • People who want to get it 'right first time'.

What can we offer you?

In this role, you will be given fantastic training and development for your career. You will also be given the following:

  • A competitive starting salary, dependent on experience.
  • Company matched pension, life assurance, a cycle2work scheme, 15 weeks' fully paid maternity, adoption and shared parental leave...and plenty more
  • 23 days holiday (rising to 27) with the opportunity to buy extra leave
  • Voluntary benefits designed to suit your lifestyle - from discounts on retail and socialising, to health & wellbeing, travel and technology.

You'll be joining a large network of experienced, innovative and dedicated individuals across multiple disciplines and sectors. There are countless opportunities to learn new skills and develop in your career, and we'll provide the support you need to do just that. Our purpose is to create a better outcome for you.
