About the Opportunity
Offploy is currently looking for an experienced Employment Advisor to provide tailored, informed, and appropriate support where you will be working directly with a caseload of candidates to help them overcome their barriers and move closer to employment.
What are we looking for?
- Able to work well under pressure and deliver on contractual outcomes
- Knowledge of job market trends and industry-specific requirements.
- Ability to provide career guidance and explore different career options.
- Having an eye for detail and quality.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- To be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with referral partners
- To be solutions-focused with a high level of empathy, offering support and guidance to our candidates to improve their social inclusion and wellbeing
- To be able to deal with candidates who have multiple and complex barriers
- Willing to travel locally to meet our candidates and commissioners.
This exciting role will be mainly face to face delivery and therefore you must be willing to travel across the North of Tyne Area, however, there will also be the opportunity to work from home at times.
Due to the geographical reach, someone with a car would be useful for this role.

If successful for the role, we will require a Basic DBS check along with 3 years of employment history.
