We have an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Health Service Manager to join us!

 

This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £58,215 - £63,564 per annum.

Working within our Housing and Public Protection Service you will contribute to delivering high quality and efficient services to our residents and businesses.

The role:

  • As our Environmental Health Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of the diverse services within in Environmental Health including Commercial, Environmental Protection and Residential.
  • You will be responsible for developing the service and embedding RBWM’s new Council Plan which sets out the vision for the borough, the council, and our strategic priorities over the next four years.
  • You will drive compliance with legal requirements and requirements set by national regulators.

What we are looking for:

  • A qualified Environmental Health Practitioner with proven experience in leading and developing Environmental Health services within a fast-paced environment; excellent leadership skills with the ability to provide strategic direction and service planning.
  • Someone with excellent organisation and communication skills who can lead and motivate.
