We are excited to announce that the post of Family Coordinator has become available in the 0-25 SEND Team.

The 0-25 SEND Team are based at County Hall, Beverley, but this role will also involve travel across the East Riding and working from home. This vacancy is based in our north' team which includes the areas surronding Driffield, Market Weighton, Pocklington and Bridlington.

This is a part-time role with working days and hours to be discussed at interview.
