We're looking for a General Manager for a fantastic community pub in Clay Cross, Chesterfield. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Six Halts in Clay Cross is a wet led site that operates via an open plan bar with a sports area that includes multiple TVs, a pool table and darts board.
The pub has 160 covers and benefits from a pizza deck that is guest facing. Outside, there are a further 180 covers in a large beer garden which also benefits from a children's play area as well as a large car park.
The Six Halts attracts a mixed demographic with the pub both a destination site for guests travelling for the food offer, as well as local guests utilising it's convenient location for wet occasions/reasons to visit. It has a great guest base that benefits during the summer from the large beer garden and car park.
The pub is located on the outskirts of a large new build housing estate, as well as a prominent location near a main road, which supports heavy footfall.
There is a strong team in place with Head Chef, Second Chef and 3 Supervisors and space to recruit for an Assistant Manager.
The General Manager has accommodation available above the pub comprising of 3 bedrooms and close to all local amenities within clay cross
