The role

We're looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our surgical team. Putting patients first, you'll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual.

Our surgical wards are busy and colleagues will rely on your support. Together, you'll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. You'll be valued for your skills and expertise and given lots of opportunity to develop, because at Ramsay Health Care UK, we know our people are our most important asset.

What you'll bring with you

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care

  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven customer services skills

  • Be a highly motivated individual

  • Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments

  • Great communication skills
