What We Are Offering:

  • Up to £24,200 salary.
  • 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday working week.
  • Home based, with occasional travel to various locations in the UK (initially you will be expected to travel more often for training purposes).

Your role as a Hub Support Administrator:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our established Hub Support Team, aiding in the delivery of our MOJ contract.

Reporting into the Hub Supervisor, our team of four administrators are the backbone of our function providing a seamless support mechanism for our managers, enabling them to be out in the field servicing our geographically challenging portfolio of over 300 properties.

Whilst the role is varied and you can be expected to carry out a variety of administration tasks, overall, you will be expected to do the following:

  • Act as a central hub for administrative tasks and supporting our managers. 
  • Maintain accurate databases and assist with reporting needs.
  • Manage payroll processing accuracy and support system usage. 
  • Collaborate with our dedicated team to accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, whilst adhering to deadlines, company policy, legislative requirements and service level agreements.

The Ideal Candidate:

This is a busy and varied role encompassing general administration, payroll, EprophIT trading, diary management, travel, and accommodation bookings. As such, the successful candidate will be a self-starter with the flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks with ease.

This role is a great opportunity for someone new in their administration career or someone wanting to continue developing their administration competencies in a new environment. Whilst some administration experience would be advantageous, we would still encourage you to apply if you meet the following criteria:

  • Some experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
