We have an exciting opportunity for a Transaction Banking Analyst to join and support our Digital Channels team, assisting with their day-to-day banking needs, ensuring CCB has an excellent product proposition which underpins the key strategic goals of growing full-service banking customer relationships and supporting active clients.

The difference you'll make:

  • Leading the strategy, definition, development, and implementation of the product roadmap

  • Working as a Product Owner within a cross-functional agile team taking roadmap enhancements from concept to launch

  • Managing the commercialisation of products and services including processes, literature, and communications

  • Analysing data and reporting - Ability to interrogate data efficiently to evaluate product performance and identify risks, issues, and opportunities

What you'll bring:

  • Exposure to and experience in delivering digital solutions for web and mobile channels and developing product features and services

  • Experience in working with Change Management and Technical teams to deliver solutions

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Strong communication, organisational and planning skills with effective prioritisation, influencing and risk management skills

  • Financial services/banking experience

  • Adept at problem solving, using excellent analytical skills and systems to make sense of issues at hand and ways of addressing them

This role is based in Triton Square and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.
