We are currently recruiting a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at 115 New Cavendish Street, W1W 6UW

    £13.15 per hour
    Full time - 35 hours per week, Mainly Monday - Friday with the rare weekend shift 
    Shift times: 8am - 3.30pm

What you'll be doing
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Wash, peel, and chop ingredients as directed
  • Receive and store food deliveries
  • Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked
  • Assist with organizing and storing leftover food
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Occasionally you may be required to work at our partner site in Regents Street, Harrow.
Experience
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques 
  • Basic knife skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Clean and tidy at all times
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
  • DBS required
