Fulltime, Permanent 42.5 Hours per week + company van and fuel card

We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm's Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.

About the role

As a Lead Fencer, You will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from job' to job', on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. Part of a local team undertaking high standard General repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

Role Criteria:

  • UK full driving licence is essential
  • Extensive previous experience in the role
  • Knowledge and experience in social housing is advantageous
  • Good Communication skills
