Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Animal Care Lecturer to join the faculty at our Huntingdon campus.

As part of this role, you will teach Entry 3 - Level 1 in Land Based Studies to learners with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). Your passion for teaching and your ability to inspire both students and colleagues will be crucial.

With previous experience of teaching and the ability to create innovative learning resouceces, you'll have an imaginative approach that generates wonderfully creative lessons to fully engage and inspire your students.

For this role we are looking for people who:

  • Have experience in the animal care sector
  • Able to create and deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment
  • Are passionate about teaching in the FE sector
  • Are committed to ensuring our students make the best progress possible
  • Are able to work in a demanding and changing environment
  • Have a level 3 Animal care qualification
