What we are looking for:
Part of a local team undertaking high standard General repairs, Damp and mould works and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
What you need to have:
- UK Full driving licence
- Good Customer experience
- Resilient
- Previous experience in a maintenance role e.g Damp and Mold
- Experience in plastering, pointing, brick repairs.
- IT Literate.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
