Job Description

We've got an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Central Government division, supporting growth in markets such as Central Government, Health, Policing Justice, Transport and some private sector industries

This role would suit someone with marketing experience to the public sector, and ideally specifically marketing to Central Government, Health and/or Policing and Justice organisations and departments.

This is a remote role, open UK-Wide. What you'll be doing :

  • Working alongside key stakeholders on messaging value propositions to fit with needs in these sectors.
  • Working with the campaign, content, events and social media teams as well as marketing and design agencies to plan and deliver marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics.
  • Engaging business stakeholders in key accounts and subsectors to build consensus and support of marketing plans, facilitate knowledge share, report on marketing results and ROI.
  • Briefing and management of marketing campaigns alongside the Marketing campaign  Manager, from initial marketing brief to the measurement of results with the objective to deliver optimum performance from every marketing intervention or campaign.
  • Monthly reporting to the Head of Marketing and business stakeholders on KPI's, evaluating activity, demonstrating ROI and sharing best practice with the wider team.
  • Attending Marketing team meetings; sharing best practice, sharing barriers and discussing how to resolve them.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years of related job experience
  • Solid understanding of a multitude of marketing principles, methodology and metrics
  • Experience of the Public sector, preferably Central Government, Health, Policing & Justice and or Transport
  • Excellent project management skills and an ability to juggle priorities and tasks whilst maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of running integrated B2B campaigns
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
