Membership Relationships Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Manager to join our team. As the Membership Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of membership acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive membership growth and enhance the overall member experience.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute membership acquisition and retention strategies

- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective membership campaigns

- Analyse membership data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Lead the operational team in achieving membership targets

- Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing enquiries and resolving issues

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members

- Support member events, workshops, and networking opportunities

- Utilise CRM system to manage member information and track progress

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in membership management

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate an operations team

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions

- Proven track record in sales or membership management

Salary: £22,394.52-£29,953.12 per year
