Multi Skilled Operative
Cambridge - Cottenham
Full Time, Permanent Up to £33,934.49 per annum plus company van and fuel card.
About the Role:
As a Multi Skilled Operative you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from job' to job', on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. You'll need plenty of previous experience and a positive can do' attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key. Are sub office is based in Cottenham and you ll be expected to cover the Cambridge area.
Role Criteria:
- City and guilds NVQ 2 In Roofing
- Previous experience in a Roofing-based role or Multi Skilled.
- UK Full Driving licence
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work at heights.
