Multi Skilled Operative
Eastbourne
Full Time, Permanent, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary up to £30,450 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card

About the Role:
As a Multi Skilled Operative within our Eastbourne branch you will work as part of a local team undertaking high standard Multi Trade repairs and refurbishment activities to kitchens and bathrooms delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
The main duties will include carpentry work including changing locks, doors, repairing kitchen units, fixing shower curtains, any general maintenance work required and also may be required to do basic plumbing works as and when it is needed.
Role Criteria:
- Experience in Carpentry & Plastering
- Experience in Bathroom and kitchen fitting
- Experience in Windows and doors
- Housing maintenance experience
- Must hold a Full UK Driving License
- Be a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent communication and Customer service skills
