Multi Skilled Operative

Hammersmith & Fulham

Full Time Permanent.

Salary up to £38,000 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card.

We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm's Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.

About the Role:

As an Multi Skilled Operative you will be working with Hammersmith & Fulham London Borough council providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

A Multi Skilled with our Hammersmith & Fulham branch. You will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from job' to job', on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. You'll need plenty of previous experience and a positive can do' attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key

Role Criteria:

  • experience in Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, decorating & Tiling.
  • Team player
  • Excellent customer service
  • Trade qualifications or on the job experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Worked within social and domestic housing
