Job Description

Purdy Contracts Ltd, part of Kinovo Plc, have opportunities for experienced Multi Trade Operatives  to join our new team covering the Wandsworth area. As a Multi Trader you will be working on our responsive maintenance/void contracts for social housing providers. 

The main purpose of the role is to deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner whilst providing a first class service to our customers and clients. 

Skilled in:

  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Tiling
  • Plastering
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Minor brickworks
  • General building skills

You will:

  • Have experience of working on planned maintenance and reactive emergency works (Local Authority/Social Housing sector including occupied homes and voids a distinct advantage.)
  • A full UK driving licence (company van and uniform provided)
  • A professional and flexible approach to your working day.

Package & Benefits

  • 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
  • Up to £39,000k per annum DOE
