Operations Manager

Our Associates are challenged to bring expert knowledge and creativity to our programmes in order to drive sustainable and long-term change. We are expanding our RT Society of Associates as a result of our continued success and therefore we are interested in speaking with Operation Managers and Operation Delivery Managers who hold experience in the following areas:

You will need active SC Clearance 

• Change and Transformation
• Programme and Project Delivery
• Manage predictable peaks in service demand
• Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to ensure service delivery to customers via an integrated and co-ordinated cross-functional effort through life.
• Coordinate the implementation of change to requirements in response to cost and time pressures to ensure delivery to the customer meets expectations.    
• Manage resources, monitoring actual spend and updating forecasts accordingly to ensure the integrated support meets customer requirements fully within the agreed budget.
• Secure Projects
