PE Technician

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Technician to work within our P.E. Team, providing practical and technical support to teachers. You will be expected to help meet the needs of our students by ensuring they have access to appropriate resources and learning opportunities and by actively participating in lessons as directed by teaching staff. Applicants will need to demonstrate an active and current interest and aptitude for physical education and a wide range of sports activities and will ideally have experience of working in an education setting.

You must be able to manage and maintain equipment and resources for the P.E. Department and to develop and maintain inventories and electronic records, in addition to having demonstrable knowledge and understanding of sports related activities and the equipment required to conduct lessons and extra-curricular activities. You must be able to relate to young people and colleagues at all levels across the School, and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
