£30,450.00 per annum

Full time - Permanent - 42.5hrs per week Including Company van and fuel card

We are now seeking a Plumber to join our team; Delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

As a Plumber you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from job' to job', on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. You'll need plenty of previous experience and a positive can do' attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key. Are sub office is based in Lewes and you ll be expected to cover the Lewes area. You will be required to provide your own hand tools.

Role Criteria:

  • UK Full driving licence
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent of plumbing qualification.
  • Good Communication skills
  • It literate
  • Ability to use PDA

Desirable:

  • G3 unvented hot water qualification
  • Previous experience working in domestic housing.
