We have this unique opportunity for someone who is honest, respectful and empathetic to join our proactive service that offers personalised support to young people so they can increase their self-esteem, build their confidence and manage their overall wellbeing.

The service aims to provide holistic, short-term support, either through face-to-face sessions, or via telephone, to young adults aged 18-25, who are experiencing mental health problems. The Youthful Wellbeing Service will also link young people with other local organizations and services for practical and emotional support.

The service works in partnership with Thurrock & Brentwood Mind and the successful candidate will cover the Mid Essex area (Braintree, Chelmsford and Maldon District). The successful candidate will collaborate with both local Minds to ensure the young adults receive appropriate support.
