Homebased with travel to various sites across the UK
Full time, permanent
Circa £27,000 per annum dependant on experience

 

 

Here at Serco, we have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the team and support the Environmental Services Programme manager on the co-ordination of Mobilisation & Business improvement projects. 

 

As Project Coordinator, you will provide project administration support at all stages of the Programme / Projects and be responsible for the recording of project documentation in adherence with the project lifecycle and to maintain and facilitate the recording of programme reports. 

 

 

Your main responsibilities: 
    Support all stages of the project lifecycle in accordance with the Serco Management System and project Methodology
    Management of Programme risks and co-ordination of risk activities
    Provide administration support to the Programme manager and wider project team
    Provide Quality Assurance over all major project deliverables, ensuring they are fit for purpose
    Support the Mobilisation & Transformation Programme manager in the creation & upkeep of processes, templates, and policies where appropriate
    Monitor the project management standards, policies, procedures and templates for planning and execution and escalate to Programme Manager as required.

 


What you'll need to do the role:
    Ideally you will be working as a Project Coordinator or similar
    Excellent communication skills
    Strong administration skills
    Keen eye for detail, ensuring information is checked to a high standard of accuracy.
    An understanding of confidentiality
