The Role - Property Manager

The Property Manager will be site based with flexibility of home working once the site is established, providing a comprehensivehousing management service for a portfolio of new build properties within Bletchley View, Bletchley MK18. The portfolio is a mix of market rent, discount market rent and private leasehold units. This is a customer facing role and the successful candidate will be anambassador for the Pinnacle Group and our client, the role will require the successful candidate todeliver the highest level ofcustomer service at all times.

 

Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the overall site and act asthe main point of contact for all residents within the BTR and Privateleaseholdcores.
  • To oversee the resident tenancy journey for the DMR, Shared Ownership Leaseholder units.
  • To manage the overall site and be the main point of contact for all residents and key contractors within both the Private SharedOwnership leasehold and BTR cores.
  • To work alongside the Technical Manager to ensure at all compliance is managed both efficiently and effectively at all times.
  • To arrange and monitor defects, general repairs, estate services including cleaning, gardening and monthly PPM tasks.
  • Developing and maintaining strong resident relationships and enhancing the customer experience.
  • To promote and deliver ESG within your contract and drive community resident experience.
  • To process and support monthly client reporting.
  • Health and Safety Operations and compliance experience/knowledge.
  • Client interaction and to process support monthly client reporting
  • Extensive Service charge management, administration and reconciliation knowledge.
  • Block Management and Residential Lettings knowledge.

 

Skills

  • Operational experience working with and managing contracts within Build to Rent/Residential Lettings and Block Leasehold Management.
  • Be an approachable friendly character
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good problem solvingskills
  • To be flexible in delivering varied working hours on site to residents.
  • Possess ARLA L3 and or MIRPM qualification or willing to undertake exams.
