Receptionist/ Office Administator

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a front-of-house receptionist at our well-respected, multi-service, law firm in Market Drayton. The position is full time preferred, but we would consider part time.

Your role will primarily involve providing a full range of secretarial and administrative support for the practice as a whole, including dealing with all incoming and outgoing post, scanning and copying, answering the telephone and dealing with face to face client enquiries, taking client payments, liaising with suppliers, ordering supplies, and dealing with all aspects of office housekeeping.

The role will also require the candidate to provide secretarial and administrative support to the private client team as required, and some experience of audio typing and copy typing would be preferable.

Your role will also include opening and closing files, preparing correspondence and documents via dictation, responding to client enquiries, and general file management.

Excellent typing skills, file organisation and the ability to deal with clients, both on the telephone and in the office, are essential. Experience with modern case management systems and accounts would be preferred, but training can be given. As a firm, we have an emphasis on client service and communication, and you will be expected to demonstrate a similar supportive and flexible ethos.

This is an excellent opportunity, which will allow you to provide assistance to the whole firm and to individual fee earners.

We would ideally prefer somebody full time, although part time hours would be considered. Competitive Salary.
