Receptionist | Fitzwilliam Hospital | Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Outpatient Reception opening hours:

7am - 9pm: Monday to Thursdays
7am - 7pm: Fridays
7am - 8pm: Saturdays

7am- 4pm: Sundays


The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our hardworking and experienced Outpatient Reception team at Fitzwilliam Hospital.


Fitzwilliam Hospital is one of Cambridgeshire's leading independent hospitals with a reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services since 1983. The hospital is situated in the quiet landscaped grounds of the Milton Estate in Peterborough and has 54 single bedrooms and one twin-bedded room, all with en suite facilities.


As one of our Receptionists you will expected to:

  • Work collaboratively with all members of the team, providing excellent customer service to all guests visiting the hospital

  • Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders, reporting on outcomes or needs to the relevant function manager or Director

  • Attend departmental meetings, contributing to improving standards of services in line with the needs of the business

  • Prepare documents and complete forms as per department procedures and business requirements
