The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our Leeds Office. You’ll be supported by an industry leading Directors, keen to develop their teams due to growth.

- Business Development / Sales – to identify and secure new business and build and develop relationships with clients.
- Identifying and building partnerships with candidates.
- Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships with both your clients and candidates.
- Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews.
- Generating commercial leads to further develop your industry knowledge and to identify new opportunities and/or candidates.
- Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job
