Join us as a Relationship Manager

  • Join a dynamic team and control the strategic and daily support for customer services, business development and relationship building
  • You’ll be building a variety of business cases for projects and using these to estimate project needs and requirements
  • Hone your relationship management skills by managing and maintaining existing customer relationships and making sure that excellent customer services are being delivered
  • We're offering this role at associate vice president level

What you'll do

In this key role, you’ll be helping our customers achieve their financial aspirations by providing them with products and services that are the best fit for their needs. As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be building strong relationships with our customers and providing outstanding service in every interaction.

You will also be:

  • Conducting financial health checks with customers, providing them with accurate information to help them decide on which products and services would be best for them
  • Completing account opening processes and procedures for new customers
  • Engaging with the community through a number of channels, such as charity events and social groups to raise the profile of the bank in the community
  • Hosting regular events across the community to educate customers on being financially fit, living in the digital world and preventing fraud
  • Developing strong working partnerships with colleagues to create a constant pipeline of potential new customers to grow the overall business model

The skills you'll need

To excel in this role, you’ll have experience of working in the financial services industry and be familiar with helping customers with a wide range of needs. You’ll be confident building trust with customers due to your excellent interpersonal skills.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Experience of working collaboratively in a wider team to succeed
  • Strong technology skills with previous experience of working with Microsoft Office, custom databases and software programmes
  • Experience of working with and meeting performance measures in a customer service environment
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to work unsupervised
