  • Develop insightful dashboards and visualisation for a wide range of business use cases.
  • Represent Group Strategy & Growth team in technology strategy roadmap discussions to ensure growth related use cases are addressed.
  • Support the Strategy & Growth team with ad-hoc projects including data analysis, business engagement, or quantitative inputs for completion.

What you'll need to do the role:

  • A passion for data analysis and strong attention to detail, combined with a creative outlook on bringing the information to life to an audience who are not necessarily skilled in data use.
  • Demonstrated experience of leading the design and delivery of cross-functional workstreams or projects that involve collaborating with stakeholders at all levels (up to C-suite).
  • Strong MS Office skills, including advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate, including building data flows, automating workflows, DAX, Power Query, developing production-grade data visualisation dashboards, and creating and maintaining reports for a wide range of business users.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM system to derive data insights.
  • Knowledge of query languages such as SQL.

What we offer:

  • Bonus scheme - 5% on target, 10% exceeding targets.
  • Company car.

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Flexible working options.
