Role Description

This is an exciting time for a Reward Specialist to be joining the team as we are about to embark on the Allianz Performance Management module rollout for 3500 employees within the Success Factors platform.

This will be a 6M fixed-term contract. The role will be working on a hybrid basis and can be assigned to one of the following offices: London, Guildford, Birmingham or Bristol.

 

Experience of some of the following

  • Delivery of year end cycle: salary review and bonus for all levels
  • Managing all aspects of Executive Compensation within local and Group frameworks
  • Overseeing annual Performance Management cycle
  • Involvement in the delivery of key Reward projects
  • Completion of external and internal benchmarking analysis and use insights to support comp decisions
  • Collation, gathering and analysis of high quality data for annual activities; e.g. annual benchmarking submissions, gender pay gap reporting and national/real living wage checks
  • Job evaluation process
  • Reward governance; including Allianz Career Framework, Pay and Bonus Guidelines etc.
  • Identifying and recommending improvements to Reward and Performance processes
  • Support the continuous improvement and strengthening of pension and benefits
  • Working effectively with 3rd party providers

 

Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – both in person and remotely
  • Previous experience in Willis Towers Watson Job Evaluation methodology would be an advantage
  • Previous experience of rolling out new systems in relation to Reward and Performance and/or experience of working with PM module of Success Factors is an advantage
