Are you are interested in running your own pub business? The Five Bridges in Queensborough on the Isle of Sheppey is now available on Marston’s Community Food Partnership agreement.

The Five Bridges is a modern built community pub based on a busy retail park, attracting shoppers and workers from local businesses. Known for food and its poplar Sunday carvery, the pub is zoned into two, with a bar area for drinkers and separate dining space. Outside there is a large beer garden to be enjoyed by guests in the summer months. 
 
The pub is currently trading an average of £15,000 in weekly sales, with a 70/30 food to wet sales mix.
With new housing currently being built nearby there is opportunity to grow sales by hosting regular events quizzes, entertainment evenings to capture new residents attention. We are looking for a strong marketeer, passionate about running a pub at the heart of their community, and will continue to engage and build on relationships made with locals and businesses in the area.
