What is the job role?

Working as part of the Adult Services Business Systems and Improvement team the successful candidate will support the delivery of development and improvement programmes and projects, helping Coventry Adult Social Care services to deliver the best outcomes for people.  You will work flexibly to manage an everchanging and varied workload within a demanding environment. 

To support the service in readiness for the recently implemented Care Quality Commission Assurance Framework for Adult Social Care you will lead on the co-ordination of and compliance with governance and assurance processes.  Contributing to the delivery of high standards with regard to the Framework will be the main focus of the role initially.

A confident communicator who has strong leadership skills to deliver results within challenging circumstances whilst maintaining a positive outlook. You should also have demonstrable analytical and IT skills and be able to produce reports, data and information for a variety of purposes and audiences.

The role will offer opportunities to further develop your knowledge and expertise with support for learning, study and undertaking training to enhance this.
