Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader no two days will be the same. It’s a fast-paced environment where you will constantly use your decision-making, planning and organisation skills. In taking ownership of the store by running duty shifts, you will get a greater understanding of the skills needed to be a retailer. 

Shift Leaders have a great understanding of how their store is performing and are the specialists in delivering practical actions for the stores improvement by taking a hands on approach. With your guidance, your store will always remain a safe place to work and shop.

Our shift leaders take ownership of store activities by running duty shifts, coordinating a team to deliver a clean and full store that exceeds customer expectations. With our customers at the heart of everything we do, your role will be to constantly look for ways to improve service in your store through on the job coaching and feedback.
