Full time - Permanent - 42.5 Hours per week

£40,000 per annum,- Plus Van and Fuel Card

We provide tailored rapid-response and planned housing maintenance services to meet the needs of over 70 local authorities, Management Organisations and Housing Associations partners. About the Role:

As a Site Manager you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from job' to job', on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. You'll need plenty of previous experience and a positive can do' attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key. Are sub office is based in Dartford and you ll be expected to cover the Tower Hamlets  area.

Role Criteria:

  • UK full driving licence
  • Experience with building fabric repairs
  • Previous site manager experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge or experience in social housing would be advantageous.

What you will be doing:

  • Meeting with and building client relationships through meetings and by providing a quality service to exceptional standards
  • Overall management for everything health and safety
  • Managing the site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control
  • Overseeing the ordering of necessary materials end equipment
  • Report writing and site monitoring
  • Sub Contractor Performance Reviews
