STUDENT WELLBEING AND RESILIENCE FACILITATOR (Maternity Cover) - REF 240479

Up to £25,560 p.a. (FTE £29,868 p.a.)

37 hours per week, 38 weeks during term time

The successful applicant will play a key part in supporting the Head of Safeguarding and Wellbeing to deliver the needs of the Service. This will include working alongside members of the Service and liaising with cross College and external stakeholders to promote physical, emotional, and mental health and resilience for targeted cohorts of students. You will work with this group to support and improve a range of key subjects, such as relationships with their peers, in real life and in the online environment, managing exam related stress, study skills, and maintaining their safety and wellbeing for all whilst they are in College.

This post will require someone who has extensive experience of working with young people in an education setting and has current local and national knowledge of wellbeing and resilience trends, is naturally empathetic, and can deliver 1:1 and group sessions.

This post is fixed term until May 2025
