This is a Full time role - 40 hours a week

  • Handy Person/Support Operative

All roles are at the heart of our Auto Services business and you'll need be enthusiastic, upbeat and committed to delivering the best repair service.

As a Support Operative/Valeter, we want you to bring your previous experience, skills and knowledge to the team.

What you'll be doing:

You will be required to support departments when resource issues arise in Transport and the parts department, so a driving licence is a must. General Site Maintenance (DIY Skills) Health and site Reporting (site walks/audits). Keeping the site & yard clean and tidy, ensuring skips are emptied etc

You would have experience in a similar role with the following skills/knowledge

  • Good knowledge of maintenance processes
  • Identify problems and develop appropriate solutions to address them
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Respond positively to requests for help and support
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements
