What you'll do

As a Technical Writer, you'll be collaborating with feature teams to review draft documentation and revise existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Organising and maintaining a documentation repository, including version control, release notes and wider accessibility for team members and stakeholders.
  • Spending time with product owners, product managers, engineers, and architects to stay up-to-date with product updates, changes, and developments, facilitating smooth information exchange for accurate documentation
  • Researching and gathering information from subject matter experts, feature teams, technical documents, and existing resources ensures the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the documentation

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience as a Technical Writer in a tech organisation and passion for creating great technical documentation. We kindly request that you attach writing samples to your application to help us with the review process.
