Role: Education Instructor / Mentor - would suit Ex Military
Location: Greater Manchester and surrounding Area
Contract: Permanent - Term time plus contract
Salary: starting salary 24,500 per annum ( 23,090 pro-rata)
+ bonus (up to 2.5k per year)

What does this role involve
We are looking for people who can build character, self-worth, and confidence in young people, so this role would suit someone who has been in the military or public services. The role is like a teaching assistant position, as you will be working in schools alongside school staff, delivering our character education programme, and you will be an inspirational role model to young people in schools.
Your first four weeks with us will be dedicated to your training and preparing you for your role. What we need from you is a growth mindset, with the desire to make a difference to young people.
The role involves working in schools within a reasonable commute of where you live. We are looking for people who live in the Greater Manchester area. If successful, you will be placed in up to 5 different schools, and you will be at the same school for a full day.
What we need from you
The company was based on the core values of the military, but you don't have to be a Veteran to join us. The role would suit people from a Military (Army/Navy/RAF) PTI background, public services, Teaching/Teaching Assistant roles, Education or Youth Work.
