Warehouse Operative FTC

Job Description

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Wincanton Telford on a 6 month fixed term contract. Where we provide logistics services for our customer RBSL. We're looking for individuals with great attention to detail and good IT skills to perform a range of warehouse, inventory, and administration tasks. 

There will be a requirement to work 0800-1600 for training when you first join the team. 

Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain Security Clearance

Day to Day  

  • Receiving, picking, and packing stock in a safe and efficient manner 
  • Completing a range of warehouse inventory 
  • Data input and related admin tasks 
  • Cycle counting of stock within the warehouse 
  • Undertaking local deliveries 
  • Operating in a safe manner, in accordance with training provided 
  • Working alongside Team Members to achieve targets and meet customer expectations 

What will you bring? 

  • Good attention to detail, and an accurate way of working to ensure all documentation and data is correct 
  • The quality of work is the main consideration, so a good level of attention to detail is required 
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • Understanding the need for a high level of customer service 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Ability to work as a part of a team but also show initiative when required to work independently 
  • Full Clean Driving Licence 
  • Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Truck licenses would be an advantage, although full training will be provided 
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantage, although full training will be provided
