Key Objectives

As dedicated Brand Ambassador, you will be a charismatic customer advisors and will be key to taking consumers on a journey of the brand and specific products in the portfolio. While maintaining and promoting the highest standard through extensive product knowledge and brand expertise you will deliver an ‘A’ class customer experience and demonstrate a customer centric mindset, striving to meet sales ambitions.

Main Responsibilities

 

•            Greet, serve, and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.

•            Develop a loyal relationship with customers by giving a 1-2-1 personal shopping style approach to sales by interacting, sharing product knowledge, and sharing in shop experience tools.

•            Share with customers the product portfolio, limited editions, novelties and promotions within the range.

•            Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and brands strategies.

•            Ensure a knowledge of sales targets and store performance on a daily and weekly basis.

•            Follow all stock management procedures.

•            Follow competition survey processes, consolidate and report to the account managers.

•            Play a key role in housekeeping by ensuring products are displayed as per Brand Guidelines.

•            Regular communication with internal team to share information on sales, customer feedbacks and escalate issues when required.

•            Be conversant with selling systems, cash and credit and exchange procedures.

•            Monitor key industry and competitor activity on products, promotions, prices, sales

•            Work collaboratively with Colleagues to delivery mission and goals.

 

Professional experience & know how:

•            Proven experience in a luxury retail or service environment

•            Knowledge in wine and spirits industry preferred

•            Mixology skills are a plus

•            Strong clientelling skills

•            Motivated and committed with a ‘can do’ positive attitude.

•            An ability to establish trust relationships at all levels in the business

•            Understands the luxury environment as well as the competition and business opportunities

•            Demonstrates high operational standards.

•            High level of presentation, communication with strong interpersonal skills (written and oral)

•            Technical and logical approach to solve problems, proactive and highly organized

•            Result oriented mindset

•            Team player

Language:

•            English mandatory

•            Other spoken language is a plus

Engagement Details

You will obtain an Airside pass for the airport, meaning you will need to be able to provide us with a full 5 year history and criminal record check. You must also have a valid passport and have right to work in the UK.

You will be required to be available for specific and set days throughout the week, although there may be some flexibility

You will not only get an amazing experience working for Luxury Brand but our Brand Ambassadors receive training on various brands/category.
